2. PAYMENT METHOD
We use third party payment services to bill you. These payment services enable your transfer and receipt of funds as payment for our Services.
Payments for subscriptions on the Site are charged in US dollars unless you see another currency sign on the payment page. Banks typically charge a commission on currency exchange, if you pay in your local currency.
3. REFUND RULES
Generally, any fees you have paid for our Services on the Site are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this Policy, or required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, refunds are generally not provided once access to the Services has been granted or the Services have been used. Use of the Services, including submitting content for analysis or generating results, may be considered evidence that the Services have been accessed and used.
Payments for one-time purchases of usage credits (including word packages or similar add-ons) are non-refundable once the credits have been granted to your account, unless otherwise required by applicable law. The consumption or partial use of usage credits constitutes full or partial delivery of the purchased digital service. Usage credits do not constitute stored value, personal property, or any form of currency, and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged outside the Services.
Notice for residents of certain US states. If you reside in California, you may cancel your transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction.
Notice for the EU residents. Any refund other than that pursuant to mandatory provisions of the laws (“Voluntary Refund”) may be provided only in accordance with this Policy. Please note that if you have violated our Terms, we reserve the right to decline your request for any kind of refund.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of excessive, repetitive, or abusive refund requests, or where the Services have been substantially used.

4. DISPUTED PAYMENTS (CHARGEBACKS)
If you believe that you have been charged in error, you agree to contact our support team before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer so that we may attempt to resolve the issue.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in suspension or termination of your account.
If a chargeback is initiated for a valid payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the associated account.
