These Terms describe on what conditions you can use the site www.getsolved.ai (the “Site”). By accessing or browsing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree with them, you can’t use the Site.

The content on this Site is provided by LESTAS UAB (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, “Company”), a legal entity established under the laws of Lithuania, having its registered office at Gelezinkelio str. 3-14A 02100, Vilnius, Lithuania

2. WHAT ELSE TO READ

In addition to these Terms, we also made Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, Subscription Policy and other rules, placed on the Site. Although it's not part of these Terms, we encourage you to read it to better understand how we use your personal information and what rights you have.

3. GENERAL TERMS

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our Company. Broadly speaking, we give you permission to use our services if you agree to follow these Terms.

If any aspect of this agreement is unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. This agreement does not give rights to any third parties, but our rights and obligations can be assigned to others.

We can make changes to the Terms. We will alert you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Terms. All changed Terms shall become valid at the moment they are published and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change.

4. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

Our services help you check, refine, and protect your content using advanced AI tools.

You can explore a limited version of these tools for free.

To access the complete functionality — including full scans, unlimited usage, and premium features — you’ll need to create an account and choose a subscription plan.

You can create an account in one of the following ways:

• By providing your email and setting a password;
• By signing in with your Google account.

Once registered and subscribed, you can manage your content checks, view scan history, and access all Site tools from your personal dashboard.

We may apply reasonable usage limits or fair use restrictions in order to maintain the stability, security, and performance of the Services for all users. Certain features of the Services may also be subject to usage-based limits (such as word counts or processing limits), and additional usage may require the purchase of additional packages or credits where applicable.

Accounts are intended for individual use unless otherwise expressly permitted. Sharing account credentials with multiple users may result in suspension or restriction of the account.

5. SUBSCRIPTION

5.1. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription options:

• 7-Day Access: provides limited access to the platform for $2.00 for the first 7 days. This plan may include restricted functionality, limited access to certain premium features, and a limited number of words or processing capacity during the trial period. After the 7-day period, the plan automatically renews to the Monthly Plan unless cancelled before the renewal charge is initiated, which may occur up to 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
• Monthly Plan: provides access to the platform’s core features, including premium tools, with a large but limited monthly word processing allowance. The Monthly Plan is billed at $19.99 per month.
• Annual Plan: provides access to all platform features, including premium tools, with unlimited word processing usage during the subscription period. The Annual Plan is billed annually at $95.88 per year (equivalent to $7.99 per month when billed annually).
• Lifetime Plan: provides access to all Services for a one-time payment of $99, with no recurring payments, renewals, or rebills. This plan includes access to all premium features and unlimited word processing usage for as long as the Services remain available and supported by the Company. The Lifetime Plan is not a subscription, cannot be cancelled after purchase, and does not imply access for the lifetime of the user or guarantee perpetual availability of the Services.

All plans include access to Getsolved’s advanced tools for improving clarity, accuracy, and originality — such as text analysis, fact-checking, summarization, and smart content enhancement — along with priority customer support.

5.2. One-Time Purchases

In addition to subscription plans, we may offer certain one-time purchases that provide access to specific premium tools or features of the Service. These purchases are non-recurring and do not create a subscription unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Some features of the Services may require additional usage purchases (such as word packages or usage credits) which are billed separately from subscription plans.

5.3. Billing and Auto-Renewal

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the Company to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the selected billing cycle until the subscription is cancelled. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation procedures described in our Subscription Policy.

5.4. Usage Limits and Additional Credits

Certain subscription plans include a defined usage allowance (for example, a monthly word processing limit). Such allowances are reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over to subsequent billing periods unless explicitly stated. If you exceed the usage included in your subscription, you may have the option to purchase additional usage credits (for example, word packages) on a one-time basis.

Additional usage credits purchased separately from a subscription:

• are not part of your subscription plan;
• may be used across billing periods until exhausted;
• do not expire unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase;
• are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the Services.

5.5. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will apply to future billing cycles and will not affect the current billing period that has already been paid. We will provide reasonable notice of any pricing changes by posting updated prices on the Service and/or by sending you an email notification.

5.6. Subscription Management

You may request changes to your subscription plan through your account or by contacting our support team. Some subscription changes may require assistance from our support team and may not take effect immediately.

To request cancellation of your subscription, you may initiate the process from your account dashboard or contact our support team.

5.7. Billing Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing the subscription terms and pricing before completing your purchase and for ensuring that your billing information remains accurate and that your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds available for subscription renewals.

5.8. Service Communications

By using the Services, you agree that we may send you service-related communications, including billing notifications, subscription updates, security alerts, and policy changes.

6. PAYMENT AND REFUND

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors or Merchant of Record providers (such as Flintn, Solid, or similar authorized providers). These payment services enable your transfer and receipt of funds as payment for our services. If a renewal payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again as described in our Subscription Policy.

Refund eligibility might vary by country or region. In countries and regions with consumer law protections, you retain your rights under these protections.

7. AI OUTPUT DISCLAIMER

Our Services use artificial intelligence and automated technologies to analyze, revise, and generate content.

Outputs generated by the Services may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or other errors and may not be suitable for every purpose. The results are provided for informational purposes only and should be independently reviewed before being relied upon. The Services do not constitute legal, academic, editorial, or other professional advice. You should not rely on the Services as a substitute for professional judgment or expert advice.

The Company does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, or fitness for a particular purpose of any output generated by the Services.

8. USER CONTENT PROCESSING

By submitting content through the Services, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, and providing the Services to host, store, process, transmit, and analyze such content solely to provide, maintain, support, secure, and improve the Services, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company assigns to you any rights it may have in the output generated by the Services based on your submitted content.

Due to the nature of artificial intelligence systems, similar or identical outputs may be generated for different users.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service, solely for your own personal purposes, according to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

You shall not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the services in any way. You shall not build a product using similar features, functions or graphics of the Site or copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics. You may use the service only for intended purposes.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

10. THIRD PARTIES

Our Site may contain links to third-party sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.

We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we don't warrant and won't have any liability or responsibility for any third-party sites or materials.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from or relating to these Terms, including their validity, interpretation, performance, or termination, shall be resolved through negotiations. If the parties fail to reach an amicable resolution, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania.

We do not guarantee that the quality of our services will meet your expectations or that any errors on the Site will be corrected. If any matters are not expressly regulated by these Terms, they shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or procurement of substitute services, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of the Company for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company for the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND SERVICE AVAILABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may suspend, restrict, or discontinue access to the Services at any time for maintenance, updates, technical reasons, or other operational purposes.

While we implement reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee that data stored within the Services will never be lost, corrupted, or inaccessible due to technical issues, system failures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, except to the extent access is required by applicable law or expressly permitted by us.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• your violation of any applicable law or regulation;

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, governmental actions, or failures of third-party service providers.

19. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

20. SURVIVAL

Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and any other provisions which by their nature should survive termination will survive the termination of these Terms.
