In addition to these Terms, we also made Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, Subscription Policy and other rules, placed on the Site. Although it's not part of these Terms, we encourage you to read it to better understand how we use your personal information and what rights you have.
3. GENERAL TERMS
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our Company. Broadly speaking, we give you permission to use our services if you agree to follow these Terms.
If any aspect of this agreement is unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. This agreement does not give rights to any third parties, but our rights and obligations can be assigned to others.
We can make changes to the Terms. We will alert you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Terms. All changed Terms shall become valid at the moment they are published and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change.

4. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
Our services allow you to write text efficiently using AI without having to invest a lot of time. We use various tools gpt-3.5-turbo-instruct to aid your writing.
You may create one AI-generated content without creating an account.
However, to access most of our Services — including submitting questions to experts or generating additional content — you will be required to create an account.
You can create an account in one of the following ways:
- By providing your email and setting a password;
- By signing in with your Google account.
Please note: access to subscription plans, expert support, question submission, and the full functionality of our platform is only available to registered users.
You can contact our customer support via chat or any other available means if needed.
5. SUBSCRIPTION
We offer two subscription plans: Standard and Pro.
The Standard Plan includes monthly access to our AI-based tools along with 10 expert questions per month.
The Pro Plan offers extended monthly access and includes 25 expert questions per month.
Also, for new users our Standard Plan include 7-day trial period only for $1.
All plans include unlimited AI-generated content, with no restrictions on the number of words or pages.
You may upgrade your subscription from the Standard Plan to the Pro Plan at any time during your billing cycle.

6. EXPERT QUESTIONS RULES AND WARNINGS.
The Subscription Plans includes 10–25 expert questions per month depending on the selected Plan. These questions are designed for short, specific academic tasks, such as:
- Verifying a solution to a completed assignment;
- Providing feedback on a written answer;
- Solving a single problem or equation;
- Clarifying a concept or short explanation.
Please note the following limitations:
- Questions should be concise, roughly limited to the equivalent of one page in length or complexity. For technical subjects (e.g., math, science), this is based on the estimated time required to solve a standard problem;
- The service does not support large-scale requests such as full essays, projects, lab reports, or dissertations within the expert question limit;
- If a question exceeds reasonable complexity, length, or falls outside the intended scope, it may be declined;
- Experts aim to respond within 10 hours, though most queries are resolved more quickly. The 10-hour window is a response deadline, not an estimate of response time.
Refunds or question rescheduling will not be issued if submissions violate these usage rules.
7. PAYMENT AND REFUND
We use third party payment services (Solid) to bill you. These payment services enable your transfer and receipt of funds as payment for our services.
Refund eligibility might vary by country or region. In countries and regions with consumer law protections, you retain your rights under these protections.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service, solely for your own personal purposes, according to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
You shall not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the services in any way. You shall not build a product using similar features, functions or graphics of the Site or copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics. You may use the service only for intended purposes.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
9. THIRD PARTIES
Our Site may contain links to third-party sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.
We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we don't warrant and won't have any liability or responsibility for any third-party sites or materials.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from or relating to these Terms, including their validity, interpretation, performance, or termination, shall be resolved through negotiations. If the parties fail to reach an amicable resolution, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
We do not guarantee that the quality of our services will meet your expectations or that any errors on the Site will be corrected. If any matters are not expressly regulated by these Terms, they shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11. ELIGIBILITY
Our services are available only to individuals who are 18 years and older, who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. The Site’s use by minors and those who try to conceal their real age is forbidden and considered to be a violation of the Terms.
