1. INTRODUCTION

This Subscription Policy (the “Policy") is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). We tried to make this document easy to understand, however, if you have any questions, email us at [email protected]

In case of a conflict between Terms and this Policy, the Policy shall prevail.

2. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

Our Site operates on a subscription basis. This allows you to choose the subscription plan that suits you best, depending on your writing needs. A subscription plan means a fixed-term access plan for the Services..

The subscription shall be valid for one month and is auto-renewable. It's set so that after a billing period ends, the provision of Services doesn't stop. This means that by default, once the fixed term ends, your card is charged for the chosen plan. Please check the date of withdrawal in your account.

We offer three subscription plans:

  • 7-Day Access: provides full access to all features for $2.00 for the first 7 days. After the 7-day period, the plan automatically renews as a Monthly Plan at the price indicated on the payment screen (currently $39.99), unless cancelled before renewal.
  • Unlimited Monthly Plan: provides unlimited access to all features for $19.99 per month.
  • Unlimited Annual Plan: provides unlimited access for a long-term period at $7.99 per month, billed annually.

Please note that, depending on your geographic location, the subscription prices listed below may be displayed and charged in your local currency (e.g., EUR or GBP) at the same nominal value. For example, a plan listed as $19.99 may be charged as €19.99 or £19.99. The exact amount, currency, and any applicable taxes (such as VAT) will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

All plans include full access to Getsolved’s advanced tools for improving clarity, accuracy, and originality — such as text analysis, fact-checking, summarization, and smart content enhancement — along with priority customer support.

You may choose the subscription plan you need.

You remain responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds available for subscription renewals.

3. BILLING RETRY AND GRACE PERIOD

If a subscription renewal payment fails (for example, due to insufficient funds, an expired payment method, or other payment processing issues), we may attempt to collect the payment again using the payment method on file.

The initial renewal charge may be initiated up to 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, as described in this Policy.

If the renewal payment attempt is unsuccessful, we may provide a limited grace period during which you may temporarily retain access to the Services while additional payment attempts are processed.

Our payment retry process may include several additional attempts, which may occur according to the following general schedule:

  • First attempt — at the scheduled renewal time (which may occur up to 24 hours before the end of the current billing period);
  • Second attempt — approximately 24 hours after the initial failed attempt;
  • Third attempt — approximately 72 hours after the initial failed attempt;
  • Fourth attempt — approximately 7 to 16 days after the initial failed attempt.

If a retry attempt succeeds, the successfully charged amount will be treated as payment for the renewed billing period, and the next billing cycle will renew at the standard subscription price then in effect.

If payment cannot be successfully collected after the retry attempts, the subscription may be automatically cancelled due to non-payment and access to the Services may be suspended.

4. FAILED PAYMENTS

If a payment or subscription renewal charge fails, we may retry charging the payment method on file in accordance with the retry process described in Section 3 of this Policy.

During this process, we may temporarily continue providing access to the Services while payment attempts are being processed.

Where permitted, we may apply promotional or recovery pricing during certain retry attempts in order to facilitate successful renewal of the subscription.

5. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION

To request cancellation of your subscription, you may initiate the process from your account dashboard or contact our support team.

After submitting a cancellation request, you may be guided through a confirmation process and may be contacted by our support team to finalize the cancellation.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you should complete the cancellation process before the renewal charge is initiated, which may occur up to 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation requests submitted after the renewal charge has been initiated may apply only to the following billing period.

Once the cancellation request is completed, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which auto-renewal will be disabled.

6. SUBSCRIPTION LIMITS

We give you the ability to track and manage your subscription plan in your account. You'll see an overview of the selected subscription with its usage report.

If you feel that your current subscription plan does not meet your needs, you may request a change of plan through your account or by contacting our support team. Some plan changes may require manual processing.
