1. INTRODUCTION
This Subscription Policy (the “Policy") is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). We tried to make this document easy to understand, however, if you have any questions, email us at [email protected]
In case of a conflict between Terms and this Policy, the Policy shall prevail.
2. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
Our Site operates on a subscription basis. This allows you to choose the subscription plan that suits you best, depending on your writing needs. A subscription plan means a fixed-term plan which relates to our Services.
The subscription shall be valid for one month and is auto-renewable. It's set so that after a billing period ends, the provision of Services doesn't stop. This means that by default once a fixed term, your card is charged for a chosen plan. Please check the date of withdrawal in your account.
We offer two subscription plans: Standard and Pro.
- The Standard Plan includes monthly access to our AI-based tools along with 10 expert questions per billing cycle (every month).
- The Pro Plan offers extended monthly access and includes 25 expert questions per billing cycle (every month).
If you are a new user and select the Standard Plan, you will receive a 7-day trial period at a nominal fee (e.g., $1). If not canceled within 7 days, the full monthly charge for the Standard Plan will automatically be billed to your card.
You may upgrade your subscription from the Standard Plan to the Pro Plan at any time during your billing cycle.
All plans include unlimited AI-generated content, with no restrictions on the number of words or pages.
Unused expert questions do not roll over to the next billing cycle and will expire at the end of each month, except when upgrading from the Standard Plan to the Pro Plan within the same month. In such cases, any unused expert questions from the Standard Plan will be carried over and added to the Pro Plan allowance for that month.
Please note: This rollover exception does not apply to users on the 7-day trial period.
You may choose a subscription plan you need.
3. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION
To cancel your subscription, you can either contact our support team by sending a request to [email protected] or by clicking the "Cancel" button in your account dashboard, which will open a live chat with our support team. Please make sure to include your account details and clearly specify your cancellation request.
Cancellation of subscription means that auto-renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all subscription features for the time remaining until the end of the current period.
4. SUBSCRIPTION LIMITS
We give you the ability to track and manage your subscription plan in your account. You'll see an overview of the selected subscription with its usage report.
If you feel that your subscription plan doesn’t meet your needs you can switch to another one, by paying its cost.
